Rhine-Main Neuroimaging Retreat

Every other year, the Rhine-Main Neuroimaging Retreat assembles researchers from the systems/cognitive neuroscience community in the Rhine-Main area (Mainz and Frankfurt) for two days of intense methods discussions and exchange of topics and ideas. Participants are usually users of the NIC as well as the Frankfurt Brain Imaging Center (BIC) and the Mainz Animal Imaging Center (MAIC).

The next retreat will be in 2019, probably again at castle Hohensolms.

 

2017 retreat:

The 2nd biennial Rhine-Main Neuroimaging Retreat will take place in Hohensolms,

May 3rd-5th 2017

We will have two days of workshops, lectures and fun in the old castle of Hohensolms.

Principal investigators and PostDocs can choose to stay over night in the Hotel Bürgerhof in Wetzlar which is 20 min by car from the youth hostel in Hohenahr.

Registration:

The registration is open until April, 21st 2017. Please be aware that there is only a limited number of places.

The participation fee differs depending on your chosen over-night stay.

  • 50 Euro participation fee: Accommodation in the youth hostel in a shared room (2 -6 people). If you like to share a room with someone specific, then please write an Email to Anita Schick after confirmed registration.
  • 80 Euro participation fee: Principal investigators and PostDocs can choose to stay in the youth hostel in a double room.
  • 190 Euro participation fee: Principal investigators and PostDocs can stay in a single room in the Hotel Bürgerhof. The single rooms in the hotel are equipped with en suite bathroom, cable-TV and radio, desk, telefon and WLAN. Breakfast will be served in the hotel restaurant.
  • Day tickets include the meals and should be purchased in advance for better organization.
